Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to apply creativity and strategic thinking in building programs that fulfill the tenancy requirements of your assigned mall. Beyond simply filling spaces, you will be responsible for curating the best tenant mix to attract and engage consumers in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies, policies, projects, and procedures to increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy.
  • Review, analyze, and recommend product/service mix concepts; advise management and tenants on construction requirements and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the integration of sales and marketing functions to improve tenant performance, tenancy, and leasing operations, with the goal of achieving target rental income and occupancy levels.
  • Drive tenant satisfaction in line with mall management guidelines, company policies, and industry practices.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or related fields.

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Background with international or high-end brands is an advantage.
