Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements across various countries. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local and country-specific tax laws, and delivering exceptional service to our employees. As part of the Regional payroll team, you will manage payroll for multiple countries in AMEA using Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Celergo, Workday HRIS, Gaia, UKG Kronos, and other local software and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and country-specific tax laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll tax requirements.
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns for local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
  • Resolve complex payroll-related inquiries from HR Shared Services.
  • Provide guidance on payroll and tax matters.
  • Utilize payroll software to manage payroll processes.
  • Assist with system upgrades and implementations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience working across multiple countries to process payroll.
  • Knowledge of global payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems such as Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Celergo, Gaia, and UKG Kronos.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and follow up promptly.
