Your Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth – Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with companies in need of recruitment services.
- Account Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to refine service offerings.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation – Create compelling recruitment proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Brand Representation – Promote Advanced People Solutions through networking, events, and digital platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
