Your Role

  5. Proposal & Contract Negotiation – Create compelling recruitment proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  6. Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  7. Brand Representation – Promote Advanced People Solutions through networking, events, and digital platforms.

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
