In this position, you will work closely with the Training Supervisor to develop and implement effective training strategies. You will also be responsible for updating and reviewing training plans to ensure they align with business objectives. Additionally, you will participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly business review meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and update training plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Training Supervisor to implement effective training strategies.
  • Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly business review meetings.
  • Administer Learning and Performance Needs Analysis (LPNA) on current team members.
  • Conduct refresher training for existing team members.
