Overview

The Deputy CEO of Sales and Network Development will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the automotive industry. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing car sales strategies, strengthening the dealership and distribution network, and ensuring sustainable business expansion both domestically and internationally. The role requires deep knowledge of the automotive market, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics among OEMs and car brands, combined with strong leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall automotive sales strategy, business planning, and execution to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in car sales.
  • Develop, expand, and manage the dealership and distribution network to maximize coverage, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Identify new automotive market opportunities and define entry strategies for domestic and international markets.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate sales performance of cars and dealer networks; implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance brand reputation, car buyer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Planning, After-Sales Service, and Finance teams to ensure integrated automotive business strategies.
  • Provide strong leadership to sales teams and dealer partners, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company in key automotive industry negotiations, partnerships, and dealer network development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, distribution, or dealer network management.
  • Strong track record of leading large-scale sales operations and expanding dealer networks.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional language a plus.
