We're on the lookout for a Broker Network Coordinator to grow, train, and energize our nationwide broker partners, ensuring consistent sales performance and long-term success.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and onboard licensed brokers into Seanderg's nationwide sales network
  • Be the go-to person for broker partners — building loyalty and engagement
  • Conduct project briefings, training sessions, and site orientations
  • Monitor broker performance, track leads, and generate reports
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts Management, and Marketing to support transactions and campaigns
  • Drive continuous improvement in broker performance and sales outcomes

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field (preferred but not required)
  • PRC accreditation a plus
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience OR proven strong sales track record
  • Experience managing external brokers or sales networks is a big advantage
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Growth-driven, trustworthy, and culturally aware

Location: Remote-first (WFH), with occasional travel and 1x / week office work
