Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales within specific projects, meeting sales targets.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities within project environments.
- Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration:

Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to clients.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:

Negotiate prices and contracts with clients, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Market Research:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, such as project management, to ensure the timely delivery of project requirements.
- Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales & Communication Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Product Knowledge:

A deep understanding of Fire Detection and Alarm System or similar product and services.
- Business Acumen:

Able to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client accounts effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Proactiveness & Initiative:

Must be able to act independently, make things happen, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills:

Capable to address client challenges and find suitable solutions.
