JOB SUMMARY:

Directs overall operations of the Construction Division. Ensures that all operational and commercial aspects involved in the Construction Division are managed in line with the company's vision & mission and strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. TECHNICAL

  1. Set strategic long-term and short-term goals for the Division and evaluate outcomes.
  2. Manage and lead the Construction Division to meet project contract agreements and align with company goals.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and oversee the implementation of control measures.
  4. Develop effective project controls and methodologies.
  5. Research and report on economic, legal, and other factors impacting project success.
  6. Manage all projects under responsibility effectively.
  7. Lead and participate in periodic project meetings.
  8. Contribute innovative ideas regarding methods, resources, scheduling, estimates, and risk management.
  9. Coordinate the timely acquisition of critical resources and facilitate communication among engineers and project teams.
  10. Implement strategic and operational activities to meet and exceed Key Performance Measures (KPMs).
  11. Represent the Construction Division in client communications and meetings.
  12. Regularly review and update project progress to ensure success.
  13. Review and approve all site requisitions.
  14. Monitor KPM Progress Reports and Work Acceptance Reports (WARs).
  15. Lead project meetings and participate in Management Review Meetings.

ADMINISTRATIVE

  1. Forecast budget requirements and manage the Division's budget.
  2. Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members.
  3. Communicate job expectations clearly to staff.
  4. Conduct training sessions and seminars for skill enhancement.
  5. Foster a productive working environment and participate in Management Review Meetings.
  6. Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly.
  7. Maintain high productivity levels and ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Electrical or Civil Engineering degree; preferably pursuing a master's degree.
  2. At least 40 hours of training in Project Management, Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems, or EHS Training.
  3. Licensed professional preferred.
  4. Minimum of 10 years' experience in EPC or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  5. Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  7. Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  8. Willing to work in Quezon City.
  9. One (1) Full-Time position available.
