Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome).

  • Proficiency in SketchUp, VRay, Enscape, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.

  • Strong visualization skills with a keen understanding of furniture and interior styling.

  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight schedules and pressure.

  • Willing to travel for ocular inspections, site visits, and client meetings as needed.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.

  • Experience in site coordination to ensure proper implementation of design elements.

  • Must have a portfolio showcasing accomplished projects and design skills.

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong desire for professional growth within a dynamic design team.

  • Preferably residing in NCR or nearby suburban areas for accessibility to projects.

  • Must own a laptop or necessary equipment for design tasks.

Job Description:

  • Assist in completing interior design deliverables using provided software to help clients visualize and approve designs.

  • Conduct ocular and site inspections to gather accurate measurements for project execution.

  • Support client coordination by assisting in design presentations and addressing inquiries.

  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met.

  • Assist in interior styling for turnover projects, ensuring they are ready for documentation by the Creatives Team.

  • Prepare, track, and update project documents and reports as needed.

  • Actively participate in Design Lab sessions and Design Challenges to enhance creative skills.

  • Provide support to the Division Head in developing unique, creative, and functional design solutions.

  • Work with Jr. Architects to compile necessary construction plans.

  • Contribute to innovative design concepts while maintaining brand alignment.

  • Assist in strategizing and addressing division concerns, collaborating with the Division Head on improvements and workflow enhancements.
