Overview

This key position is responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth for DITO Mobile products and services in modern trade channel by leading go-to-market strategy development and execution. Responsibilities include defining product requirements based on market analysis and user needs. Requires expertise in the mobile landscape, marketing, product management, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mobile postpaid market. Develops actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Leads the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing postpaid products and services. This includes defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, and channel strategies. Collaborate with sales, channels, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing user engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Manages campaign budgets and tracks key performance indicators to optimize effectiveness.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitors competitor activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies. Provides regular competitive analysis reports and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Works closely with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Branding/Communications, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and successful implementation of go-to-market plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, market share, and revenue growth. Provides regular reports to management on performance and identifies areas for improvement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy development, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of the postpaid mobile market and customer dynamics.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience with market research tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
