
Mobile Business Acquisition and GTM Strategy Specialist

This key position is responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth for DITO Mobile products and services within the retail trade (DITO-owned stores and DITO partner stores) channel. The role focuses on the execution of go-to-market strategies, leveraging expertise in market analysis, campaign execution, and competitive intelligence to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile landscape, marketing principles, and a data-driven approach.
Functions- Market Analysis & Insights: Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the mobile postpaid market. Contributes actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Supports the execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing postpaid products and services. This includes assisting in defining target audiences, value propositions, messaging, and channel strategies. Collaborates with sales, channels, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing user engagement.
- Campaign Implementation & Monitoring: Executes marketing campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Monitors campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to optimization efforts.
- Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitors competitor activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies. Prepares competitive analysis reports and supports recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with internal stakeholders across Product Marketing, Branding/Communications, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and successful implementation of go-to-market plans.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, market share, and channel growth. Prepares reports for management on performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to understand and contribute to comprehensive go-to-market plans.
- Results-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve results and meet targets.
- Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing market data and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Adaptable & Agile: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively within a team environment.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy execution, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of the postpaid mobile market and customer dynamics.
- Proven track record of success in contributing to and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Experience with market research tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
