Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.

This is a full-time staffing role that specializes in helping brands grow on Amazon through expert support and strategic, data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Focused on e-commerce and digital marketing, the successful applicant will thrive in a collaborative environment and be accountable for delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management.
  • Create and maintain product listings.
  • Monitor shipments from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear communication.
  • Resolve issues related to refunds, replacements, and negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues.

Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and results-driven.
