Key Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key supermarket accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent communication.
- Tailor frozen processed food offerings to meet client needs and collaborate on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product placement.
- Drive sales, market penetration, and identify new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for supermarket chains and regional retailers.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations based on trends and consumer preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with supermarket clients.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels in stores.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to product development teams.
- Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and account retention.
- Maintain store displays and handle other tasks assigned by immediate head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of frozen processed food products and the HRI market.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
