  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key supermarket accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent communication.
  • Tailor frozen processed food offerings to meet client needs and collaborate on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product placement.
  • Drive sales, market penetration, and identify new business opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for supermarket chains and regional retailers.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations based on trends and consumer preferences.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with supermarket clients.
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels in stores.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to product development teams.
  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and account retention.
  • Maintain store displays and handle other tasks assigned by immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of frozen processed food products and the HRI market.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
