Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your day-to-day tasks will include collecting postings, monitoring supporting documents, performing AR reconciliations, and preparing month-end reports.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as proficiency in financial software. A degree in finance or accounting is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
