Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Meeting with the sales force to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and closing deals.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying/developing new training programs for existing/new sales force.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a sales training team, including hiring, training, motivating, and disciplining members.
  • Managing the company's relationships with current sales force and building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Monitoring training budget.
  • Ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with company regulations regarding sales practices and/or sellers code of conduct.

Job Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Relations, or any related courses.
  • With at least five (5) years of Sales Training experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the full training cycle.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and software.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City.
