About the Role: The client seeks a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to focus on marketing and project administration, along with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help increase business flow, create demand for large-format properties, and manage ongoing projects. This role requires understanding marketing strategies, content creation, project management, and strong communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing and Content Creation
- Develop and implement marketing plans targeting specific markets such as wedding venues and event planners.
- Create engaging marketing content, including videos, images, and digital assets.
- Use AI tools like Chat GPT for content creation, prompts, and research.
- Research potential clients and compile contact lists (e.g., wedding planners).
- Engage in direct outreach via calls, texts, and emails to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update website content related to properties and marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple real estate projects from start to finish.
- Organize project documents, including legal and banking information.
- Assist in drafting project agreements using AI tools and provided info.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely progress.
- Special Project (Homeschooling): Research homeschooling programs, structure schedules, track progress, and organize milestones for an 8-year-old.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting business operations.
- Manage email correspondence related to projects.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Chat GPT for content and research.
- Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging potential clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
