Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the evaluation, filing and monitoring of chargeback/disputed transactions including preparation of its GL entries and ensuring chargeback settlements, review of its representations/dispute responses, documentations, and ensures remedies are accurately taken in accordance to the guidelines and procedure.

  • Responsible in ensuring that the proper communications/notification to the clients are performed and the necessary coordination to Schemes/Associations are executed for any escalations on schemes online/system issues/queries.

  • Responsible in downloading of the Associations Bulletins for VISA, JCB and UPI, outline the changes, sending and monitoring of the responses/feedback from the assigned stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of four (4) year college course preferably business course or Accounting

  • Knowledgeable on chargeback rules through MasterCard, Visa and JCB Training

  • At least a year of experience working in a credit card company or related business
