Join our team as a skilled Financial Analyst and play a key role in supporting the business unit with periodic reporting, analysis, and other tasks.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will assist with various levels of periodic reporting, including expense analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, invoices submission, and monthly close processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners based in Manila and Chicago, ensuring the financial goals of the business unit are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly/quarterly reporting processes, focusing on key business factors driving financial performance.
  • Assist in annual planning, supporting the business unit for the preparation of the annual budget and providing sound recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Process cost chargebacks, assist in the month-end close process, and develop strong relationships with partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask across several projects.
  • Relevant experience in financial and accounting processes is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to present relevant information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively and build relationships across a matrix structure and with a diverse management team.
