Fraud Operations Lead Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Fraud Operations lead to oversee a team of investigators and ensure effective fraud mitigation.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of agents in performing thorough investigations on suspicious activities, accounts, and cards.
  • Compiling detailed Fraud Investigation Reports.
  • Collaborating with victims of fraud, law enforcement agencies, and court officials when necessary.
  • Conducting complex analysis of disputes and other fraud-related cases.
  • Assuming ad hoc projects or assignments related to Fraud Operations.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate.
  • At least 3-6 years of work experience in Fraud Investigations or Dispute and Chargeback.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience supervising or managing junior team members.
  • Preferably experience in Fraud Management for Digital Banking or Internet Banking and Cards Disputes and Chargeback.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle BAU and strategic projects.
