Now Hiring: Sales Associate – Legal Services Sector

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite)

Location: Sampaloc, Manila

Compensation: ₱25,000–₱30,000 base salary + generous commissions

De Castro Consulting is seeking a Sales Associate with a solid background in both sales and legal services. This role is ideal for professionals who can clearly communicate complex legal solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive consistent business growth. You will be representing legal service providers, law firms, or legal-tech platforms, helping organizations meet their legal needs more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify B2B/B2C leads through outreach, referrals, and networking, aligning client needs with appropriate legal solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a focus on renewals, upselling, and sustained account growth

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B or B2C sales experience in the legal sector or in a related professional services field (e.g., legal-tech, compliance, consulting)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales associate role within the legal sector (e.g., law firm, legal department, or legal services company)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
