Job responsibilities include:

  • Answers phone calls and provides information or assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers on the phone or in writing to address concerns
  • Answers participant questions and talks with participants to understand what critical information is being asked
What are we looking for?
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work
  • Within 25 km to 35 km
