Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide product and service information, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys (if applicable)

Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience

Stay informed about product updates, system changes, and promotional offers
