About the role:
As a BPO/Call Center Agent, you will serve as the frontline representative of the company, handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone calls, chat, or email. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by delivering accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, good communicators, and problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and a dedication to providing exceptional service
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) with neutral accent preferred
- A team-oriented mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Senior high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
