Overview

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure laptops, including operating systems, drivers, and essential software
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; perform system upgrades and optimizations
  • Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory, lifecycle tracking, and accountability
  • Deploy and configure devices for new employees, providing basic IT orientation
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings across IT systems
  • Manage cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and conduct user training as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
  • Experience in IT asset management, user account administration, and security protocols
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems and IT environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure business continuity
