Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and execution of opportunities for process transformation and improvements to meet the evolving client needs and business outcomes. Design / Re-design / Re-engineer processes to arrive at solutions to complex business and client issues through the application and use of proven technology, lean management and agile philosophy, tools, techniques, processes, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, business process and analysis and design, data extraction, reporting and visualization, problems solving and workshop facilitation.
  • Execute process transformation roadmaps, define KPIs and metrics, reporting and action tracking system.
  • Drive process transformation by effectively influencing the affected business units and enabling teams towards the desired process change in order to ensure achievement of the desired outputs and outcomes

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Applied practice and strong expertise in transforming processes through process redesign, zero-based process design, agile, LSS, Kanban, problem-solving methodologies, Data Visualization, and best practices:
  • Design Thinking
  • Agile Practice
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Data Visualization & Data Storytelling
  • Have successfully managed business process transformation initiatives or projects, and deliverables from concept to launch that have challenged the status quo and resulted to tangible gains for an organization.
  • Passion for innovation, experience design, process design, and design transformation
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and processes, technology and solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and creative skills with a passion for ambiguity and complex problem solving and translating vague information into tangible results
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders and users at a deep level, harness insights and translate into human centered and engaging solutions
