Primary Responsibilities

The Admin Support Officer will assist the day-to-day operations of the back office on the following tasks:

  1. Receive, direct and relay telephone, email, mails and messages including documents.
  2. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managers, Executives, and Board of Directors.
  3. Provide general and administrative services of Mandaluyong Branch.
  4. Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  5. Collate materials and reports for the meetings.
  6. Set up accommodation, airfare ticket, transportation and entertainment arrangements for the company visitors and managers.
  7. Supervise support staff and the day-to-day errands and tasks of company drivers, messengers, housekeeping, and security guard.
  8. Perform other related duties as required.

Job Qualification:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Admin Support Officer reporting directly to senior management/executives.
  2. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  3. Strong personalities exhibited through several beneficial soft skills such as Communication, Time Management, and Trustworthiness.
  4. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong area.
  6. Willing to start as soon as possible.
  7. Willing to work on a Saturday.
