About the Opportunity

The admin support is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team in the Philippines, Manila and Dumaguete office. This role is based in Manila. You will assist our Corporate Travel Consultant on backend administrative tasks and support in managing general office admin support, reporting, and logistics. You will need to possess strong planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the tax exemption process, including printing passports, stamping, and sending to authorities.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all related documents.
  • Provide support to stakeholders and the Operations team, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.
  • Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with basic knowledge of GDS in Amadeus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to produce clear, well-written business emails.
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
  • Confident, proactive, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Act with honesty and integrity with colleagues and for long-term customer retention.
  • Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
