Audit Coordination Specialist needed to manage audit scheduling and supplier communication for a global company with a strong growth trajectory.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Ensure 100% of all audit bookings are arranged, confirmed, and executed accurately and timely.
- Respond to and process all email requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Coordinate proactively with suppliers and factories to schedule audits, confirming location, date, and organization.
- Take full ownership of audits to ensure smooth execution according to schedule.
- Handle inquiries from customers, suppliers, and factories with clear and timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate auditors and manage expenses within budget.
- Work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts to support global operations.
- Report directly to the Audit Operations Leader – Greater Asia.
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Trade, Relations, or related field.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
- No prior experience required, though some experience is a plus.
