Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Ensure 100% of all audit bookings are arranged, confirmed, and executed accurately and timely.
  • Respond to and process all email requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Coordinate proactively with suppliers and factories to schedule audits, confirming location, date, and organization.
  • Take full ownership of audits to ensure smooth execution according to schedule.
  • Handle inquiries from customers, suppliers, and factories with clear and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to allocate auditors and manage expenses within budget.
  • Work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts to support global operations.
  • Report directly to the Audit Operations Leader – Greater Asia.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Trade, Relations, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • No prior experience required, though some experience is a plus.
