Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company operating branded full- and select-service hotels, resorts, convention centers, and independently owned hotels. The company’s operators, platforms, and marketing capabilities aim to produce revenue and returns for hotel owners and investors. Bezla is expanding and seeks an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Virtual Assistant to join the support team.
Role: Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant (Remote)
Type: Independent contractor, work from home
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (as applicable to the specific role)
Compensation: Base hourly pay with bonuses
A day in the life often includes:
- Preparing reports
- Calendar management
- Writing articles
- Scheduling administrative appointments
- Using social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
- 1+ years in Marketing & Sales-related roles; digital marketing, telemarketing, CRM, sales and channel management, marketing spend effectiveness, or analytics are preferred
- High-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps)
- Laptop/PC with at least 16 GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
- A quiet, dedicated workspace

Job Description (Additional Role)Permanent Day Shift - Remote Virtual Assistant (Legal Firm context)
Work Schedule: 9-5 AEST; 30 hours per week to start; may progress to full-time
Rate: $7-8 AUD per hour
Purpose: Provide administrative support to help clients stay organized and enable leadership to focus on higher-level work.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in legal
- Experience with Clio software is a MUST
- Strong communication, detail-orientation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
General tasks include:
- Creating templates on Clio; data entry; routine admin tasks
- Managing emails and calendars; scheduling staff meetings
- Drafting communications; uploading client information; basic file management
Other potential tasks: content creation for social media, file management
Qualifications (consolidated):
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and construction/service industry accounting is a plus
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Build-A-Trend, Monday.com, Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities
- Degree preferred
- Tools: QuickBooks, Build-A-Trend, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, Canva or Meta Business Suite

Executive Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeping & Project Coordination (Real Estate & Construction Focus)Type: Part-Time
