Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to executives, managing their schedules, itineraries, and correspondence.
  • Draft and edit emails, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and taking minutes, ensuring all materials are prepared and shared timely.
  • Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Assist in project management, tracking progress and deadlines, and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building relationships to promote effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

  • Expertise in calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
