Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor with a CPA license and experience in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
  • Optimize financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to improve cost control and profitability.
  • Support cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure financial stability and growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
