Primarily responsible for incremental sale of acquired/repossessed chattel, appliances, special equipment, and real estate properties. The position is responsible for sales channel development – increasing agent and dealer recruitment, dealer consignment, and real estate broker partnership as sales arms for real estate properties for sale; and development and execution of sales and marketing strategies and plans, including repo yard auctions (online and on-ground), through effective leadership and execution skills. Also responsible for supporting the AADD Inventory Department in checking the repo units in the official repo yards, temporary repo yards, and RRUs, as well as the condition of the said yards. Further, the position is also tasked to coordinate with RFC branches and sales teams on the possibility of units for financing, other than spot sales.
