We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Supervisor with strong experience in the food and beverage industry . This role will oversee daily accounting operations, manage a team of accounting staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting related to food cost control, inventory, and operational expenses. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Oversee food cost accounting, inventory tracking, and cost of goods Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants or accounting assistants. Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies in line with industry standards and company goals. Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate costing and expense allocation. Prepare budget reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for management review. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits or compliance checks. Review and validate supplier payments, inventory variances, and POS-generated reports. Analyze profit margins, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA license is preferred Minimum 5 years of accounting experience , with 3 years in a supervisory or lead role . Strong background in food industry accounting (restaurant, food service, or food manufacturing). In-depth knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and operational expense control. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks , Oracle, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Deployment will be at our Head Office in One Corporate Central, Mandaluyong City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
