Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to meet organizational headcount requirements within defined timelines. The role manages key performance indicators, team performance, and daily operations to ensure effective hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure roles are filled within targeted timelines and meet organizational fill rate goals.
  • Monitor performance and retention metrics, client and candidate satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Improve efficiency to manage and reduce cost per hire.
  • Ensure team prioritizes high-impact requisitions and manages time effectively.
  • Provide daily planning guidance and oversee smooth recruitment operations.
  • Identify underperformance, implement Performance Management Plans, and coach team members toward improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Skilled in diverse recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and industry best practices.
  • Experienced in sourcing and employer branding to attract a broader talent pool.
  • Oversees relationships with headhunters and external recruitment vendors.
  • Establishes connections with academic institutions and recruiting partners.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and effective team management abilities.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Screening Criteria
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience sourcing and hiring back-office, management, and professional-level personnel in a BPO setting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Must have stable employment history.
