  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including leadership or managerial roles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, CRM, and data reporting.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
