- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years (varies by role) of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support experience; familiarity with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; willingness to learn and adapt to different hiring contexts.
- Willingness to work within specified business hours and coordinate across time zones when required.
Work locations include Manila, Philippines, with varying hybrid/onsite requirements depending on employer.
