Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization, across multiple markets or units as applicable.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies and workforce plans.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing partners, ensuring targets and service levels are met in fast-growth environments.
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding) and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill headcount plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience; manage budgeting and regional analytics where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
- Develop relationships with external vendors, academic partners, and recruitment partners as needed.
- Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition or recruitment leadership (typically 3+ years; 5+ years in some postings), preferably in BPO, outsourcing, technology, healthcare, or multinational settings.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; results-driven with a talent-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with HRIS and reporting is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid setup as described by the specific posting.
