Overview

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Mandaluyong City, & Makati City in the role of Team Head Collections .

Responsible for managing the performance and target attainment of collections teams, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and meeting budgeted flow rates. Establishes professional engagement with agency owners, provides strategic directions, offers coaching and feedback, and conducts training to address key opportunities.

What the role will entail
  • Manage the performance and target attainment of collections officers, specialists, or associates.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and productivity of in-house or external collections agencies, achieving budgeted flow rates and outflows by building stable teams.
  • Establish professional engagement with agency owners, providing strategic directions to meet common goals and objectives.
  • Offer coaching and feedback to in-house or agency personnel.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide necessary training to address key opportunities.
What we\'re looking for
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s/College Degree.
  • Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Collections, specifically in the role of Agency Coordinator/Repossessor.
  • Have at least one (1) year of collections experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrate at least three (5) years of overall collections experience.
  • Include at least one (1) year of client management experience.
  • Demonstrate detailed, results-oriented, and self-motivated qualities with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, supported by collections-related work experience, as an advantage.
  • Applicants must be open to working onsite, with office locations in Filinvest Building, Mandaluyong (near MRT Ortigas Station), or PBCOM Tower, Makati City.
