Take the next step in your career with us and help shape the future of healthcare Key responsibilities Oversee a team of technical staff to ensure efficient support for dialysis equipment in hospitals and dialysis centers. Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely repair services in line with customer agreements. Ensure accurate and timely submission of service reports for compliance and internal tracking. Provide hands‑on support and guidance in installation, repair, and maintenance of dialysis machines. Coach team members in resolving complex technical issues and facilitate ongoing technical training. Handle staff scheduling, including work assignments, leave planning, and coverage for absences. Evaluate team performance, identify development needs, and recommend training programs. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher management or manufacturers to ensure timely resolution. What you will bring to the team Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in servicing medical equipment, ideally within the dialysis or renal care industry, preferably with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance procedures. What sets B. Braun apart B.
