Food Manufacturing - Philippines Job Summary The Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director will be a key member of the management team, responsible for the strategic and day-to-day oversight of all financial operations. This role ensures the financial health, stability, and growth of the company by providing timely, accurate financial information, implementing effective controls, managing costs, and ensuring full compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with proven leadership experience and education - Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in the food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and, CPA certification are mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5-10 years in a managerial role within a food manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing/FMCG environment. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing (e.g., process costing, absorption costing) is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
