Overview

Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines — Growth Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
  • Drive various projects and initiatives revolving around New user growth, CRM, platform user/buyer growth and process improvement.
  • Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of the local market.
  • Assist in growing PH business growth by implementing various initiatives and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level such as Online Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Local/Regional CRM.
  • Ensure the existing processes on New user/buyer, platform user/buyer and CRM initiatives are well established and analyse/identify areas of improvement further.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and admin-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or any relevant study.
  • Minimum 2 years’ Management Consulting and/or strategy background.
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Strong grasp on numbers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem solving attitude required.
  • Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach in solving problems.
  • Ability to work well independently and across various teams.
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion.
