On-site - Muntinlupa 1-3 Yrs Exp Diploma Full-time Job Description Insurance Health & Wellness Life Insurance Position: HR Generalist / HR Officer Work Location: On-site We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, memo issuance, and coordination of government-mandated benefits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and is knowledgeable in Philippine labor standards. Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate hiring processes and assist in new hire onboarding. Conduct 3-month performance evaluations for probationary employees. Employee Relations & Records Management Monitor employee feedback and store evaluations. Draft and issue disciplinary memos (Written Warnings, NTEs, Suspension Notices, AWOL Memos). Send out daily birthday greetings and employee announcements. Maintain HR documents, including employee 201 files and memos. Timekeeping & Payroll Support Monitor attendance, suspensions, and related reports. Assist in the computation of 13th month pay and final pay for resigned employees. Handle COE and payslip requests. Ensure timely and accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions. Prepare gate pass requests for mall administration when applicable. Maintain compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology , Human Resource Management , or any related course. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, etc.) Knowledgeable in Philippine labor standards and administration of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG . Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy, proactive, and keen to details. Willing to work full-time and on-site.
