Job Summary As an HR Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department and lead initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. You will provide strategic guidance to management, and ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the HR department to ensure efficient delivery of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Oversee and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes that attract and retain top talent. Manage and guide employee relations activities, providing coaching to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies; proactively recommend policy updates to align with evolving requirements. Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, payroll coordination, and leave management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and employee satisfaction. Drive HR policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture. Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and support strategic workforce planning. Coordinate training and development programs to promote skill growth, engagement, and career progression. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee experience.
