Overview Ensures accurate sales reconciliation across branches Bank reconciliations and audits Reconciles cash collections Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information Comply with all company and financial regulations Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data Creating reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Maintaining accurate financial records. In charge of all BIR Tax reports In charge of payroll In charge of government contributions (sss, pagibig, philhealth, etc.) Manage petty cash funds Responsible in billing Responsible in collection Bookkeeping Other accounting-related Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month) Salary: Php 25,000 Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy At least 1 year of working experience Can start ASAP Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Knowledgeable of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations Proficient in computer skills in MS Office particularly Excel Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
