Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions such as disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and accounts payable. Ensure monthly preparation of SOA. Accurate in processing of clearances Review and ensure accurate reversal of SM payment On time and accurate preparation of 2307 issuance for all payments Preparing schedules and monitoring expense accounts Track tax payments and compile information for tax filing Maintain an orderly financial filing system Assist with other accounting projects in the office Prepare w/ holding expanded and VAT relief Prepare alpha list and 2316 of employees Qualifications Willing to be assigned at Mr. Quickie Head office located at Brgy. San Miguel, Pasig A bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy or ay relevant courses With at least 2 years of expertise as an accounting staff/ specialist Can work from Mondays to Saturdays Working Location Mr. Quickie Corporate Office & Warehouse, 280 Eusebio Avenue, Maybunga, Pasig City, 1607 Metro Manila, Philippines If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
