Accounts Payable Officer MicroSourcing is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. Your Role Process a high volume of invoices using Readsoft and transfer them to Exflow. Code invoices in Exflow based on business user input and assign the appropriate approvers. Follow up with approvers to ensure timely approval of invoices, especially those nearing or past due. Handle urgent invoice requests and prioritize them to meet business needs. Manage shared mailboxes across all five companies efficiently. Maintain strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. What You Need Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service. Preferred skills/expertise Experience using Readsoft and Exflow or similar AP automation systems. Demonstrated sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. Strong numerical and analytical abilities. APT for IT systems and quick learning of new technology. Proven ability to work in an onsite environment with a shifting schedule.
