Provide coaching notes to managers for constructive feedback. Ensure new hires are well-supported during onboarding. Maintain transparent documentation in MS Teams for accountability. Identify patterns to highlight strengths and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or data analysis. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with tools like Teramind and MS Teams. Excellent communication and reporting skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
