Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document call-in notifications to ensure seamless communication and performance reviews
• Create and maintain Attendance and Activity Reports (AAR) to oversee timekeeping accuracy, active hours, idle time, and activity ratings
• Generate insightful monthly reports for clients to inform strategic decision-making
• Provide validated compliance data to support coaching and client reporting
• Manage Win-Win Review survey notifications and reports
• Explore new technologies and AI tools like Power BI to elevate analytics and reporting processes
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and optimize operational workflows

Who We're Looking For

Experience:

• 5+ years in compliance, workforce management, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in fast-paced environments

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Power BI and other analytical tools, with strong data management and reporting capabilities
• Knowledgeable with Teramind systems

Non-Negotiables:

• Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and teams
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Bonus Points:

• Experience using AI technologies to enhance workflow and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
