Key Responsibilities
- Track daily and weekly team activity via Teramind, Ashima Logs, 1:1 connections, and attendance systems
- Generate clear, actionable reports on compliance for Team Leads, HODs, and the HR Compliance Manager
- Provide early guidance to managers with coaching notes and reminders for constructive feedback
- Support Hyper Care onboarding to ensure new hires feel confident during their first 30 days
- Maintain transparent documentation in MS Teams and connected systems for consistency and accountability
- Identify patterns, recurring themes, and highlight both strengths and areas for improvement
Success Metrics
- Accurate and timely delivery of daily and weekly compliance updates
- Managers receive actionable reminders and coaching support
- Transparent and accessible logs maintained for all compliance pillars
- Measurable improvement in compliance practices month over month
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
- 3+ years in HR, compliance, or data analysis
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Teramind, MS Teams, and other compliance support tools
- Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation capabilities
Non-Negotiables:
- Exceptional attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills to relay insights clearly
- Growth-oriented mindset, focused on enabling team and individual success
