Location: Remote Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), with potential to convert to full-time (40 hours per week); Independent Contractor Work Schedule: Core availability 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST We’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support the execution and management of real estate transactions by organizing documentation, coordinating with internal and external partners, and maintaining data accuracy throughout each deal. Responsibilities Prepare LOI and PSA checklists, version control, signature packets, and DocuSign routing. Maintain data rooms and deal folders with correct filenames and permissions. Track deal progress and deliverables to ensure key milestones and timelines are met. Build simple models, comps tables, and pipeline trackers from provided templates. Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and consultants to collect deliverables and keep timelines on track. Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and vendor onboarding. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all real estate transaction files and correspondence. Provide administrative and analytical support to the real estate or investment team as needed. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, brokerage, or related administrative coordination. Real estate industry experience is a must; Familiarity with real estate contracts, deal documentation, and industry terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple files simultaneously. Basic Excel or Google Sheets modeling and data cleanup. Fluent with common productivity tools: iCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion or Airtable, Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, and basic CRM use; Preferably familiar with Apple ecosystem.
